HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR : EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

RequirementDescription: Clinical Interview pre-screening with 405 Area Code
Orientation Date(s) : 7/27, 8/3, 8/10

• 30 months of i nterventional vascular/Interventional Radiology lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting [required]
• Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting [highly preferred]
• pre & post op/recovery experience [required]
• EPIC emr experience [required]
• 1st time travelers welcomed!

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current i nterventional vascular/IR lab experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (i nterventional vascular/IR lab ) - [required]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
