We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide additional support in our Accounts Payable/Operations department. This role involves managing daily mail, handling AP email inboxes, and performing various other functions to ensure smooth operations. If you're detail-oriented with a knack for analytical data entry and have experience with scanning, Outlook, and Excel, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in analytical data entry and scanning
Preferences:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Operations
