Ancora Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Physical Therapist in Wasilla, AK. This is a full‑time position with a pay rate of $53 per hour and a $7,000 signing bonus. Your Role as a Physical Therapist Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance. Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self‑care techniques. Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress. What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Alaska. 2+ years of experience (preferred). Strong communication and time‑management skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration. Fingerprint clearance card. CPR certification and negative TB test. Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
