Commercial HVAC Estimator

A growing Cleveland-area HVAC and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Estimator to oversee commercial HVAC projects from estimating and bidding through project completion. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong HVAC/mechanical construction experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC estimates, bids, budgets, and proposals
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules
• Prepare and manage change orders
• Attend project meetings and maintain client communication
• Support Field Superintendents and internal project teams
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• HVAC and/or mechanical construction experience required
• Experience estimating and managing commercial HVAC projects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical codes preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
• Estimating software experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
