Senior Security Architect – AI & Application Security AI is rewriting the rules of application security — and we're looking for the architect who'll write the next chapter. We're building a next-generation security function where Generative AI and agentic systems aren't just protected — they're the protection. If you've spent your career in application security and have started pushing into GenAI, or you're a GenAI builder who's developed a serious security instinct, this role was built for you. What you'll actually be doing: You’ll sit at the crossroads of AppSec, AI/ML, platform engineering, and enterprise architecture — designing how a Fortune-level enterprise secures its AI-powered future. That means: Architecting AI-driven security capabilities across SAST, SCA, API security, container security, and runtime protection Designing agentic security models — secure orchestration, tool/API invocation controls, autonomous workflow protection Building intelligent, context-aware vulnerability prioritization that goes beyond static rule sets Defining MLSecOps standards and AI governance practices from the ground up Presenting and influencing at the executive level — translating deep technical risk into business decisions You're a strong fit if you: Have deep application security architecture experience (SAST/SCA/API/container/runtime) Have hands-on experience building or securing GenAI/agentic applications Code comfortably in Python and/or Java Have cloud security chops (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus) Started as a developer, grew into security architecture — and can speak fluently to both engineers and senior executives Understand adversarial ML, prompt injection, and AI-specific threat models Compensation: Base salary: $190,000–$210,000, commensurate with experience Bonus: 12% personal performance bonus, plus a substantial baseline partnership bonus Why this role is rare: This isn't a "bolt GenAI onto legacy AppSec" job. This is a green-field opportunity to define how an enterprise-scale security organization thinks about AI risk from the architecture up — with direct visibility to senior leadership and real influence over the roadmap.
