Field Marketing Manager II - Minnesota

The Field Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships. Responsibilities Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data. Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns when needed. Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions. Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities. Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions. Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies. Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network. Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent 7 or more years related work experience Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques What would excel in this role?
