NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL and EXPERIENCED MANUFACTURING ROLES IN TOANO, VA!

Position: Entry-Level Manufacturing (Shipping/Receiving, Visual Inspectors, Rackers, Sand Blasters)
Pay: $16/hr (+1/hr for 2nd shift, +2/hr for 3rd shift)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

The Lee Group is hiring immediately for entry-level manufacturing positions at a top employer in Toano, VA . Available roles include Shipping/Receiving, Visual Inspectors, Rackers, and Sand Blasters . These are excellent opportunities for individuals who are mechanically inclined and ready to work in a hands-on, team-based environment. Training is provided — no prior experience required!

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Loading and unloading parts or shipments.
• Visual inspection of manufactured parts to ensure quality standards.
• Operating sandblasting equipment to clean and prep metal surfaces.
• Preparing workpieces for plating using manual or automated tools.
• Recording basic production data and reporting issues.
• Maintaining clean and safe workstations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed — training provided.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Regular exposure to industrial conditions including noise, heat, dust, and moving machinery.
• Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and using hand tools.
