Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based OT and home health OT preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)

• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for children and young adults with varying needs
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional and academic OT needs
• Design and deliver individualized intervention plans in both school and home health environments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the learning environment
• Document progress and maintain detailed records according to regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, supporting goal setting and progress evaluation
• Stay informed on best practices and current research to ensure innovative, evidence-based care
