Workers' Compensation attorney

A well-established and well-respected firm in Florida is seeking to add Attorneys to their Workers Compensation practice. This position can be remote with occasional office visits once a month. Must be located in South Florida. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Strong drafting skills Highly team-oriented 3+ years of Workers Compensation experience Responsibilities Case management Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel Legal and technical research Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Accurately and promptly tracking billable time Compensation depends on level of experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
