Full Time LNA/PCA CaregiverExecutive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team in Merrimack, NH. If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a supportive care team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independenceMonitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinatorsPrepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelinesPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environmentProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesRequirements:Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferredPrior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving settingReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environmentMust pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirementsDementia Training Certification a plusAbout Us:Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
