About Wavedash Marketing
Wavedash Marketing is a leading sales and marketing firm specializing in retail environments. We partner with well-established brands to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable results through innovative, face-to-face marketing strategies.
We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers a structured training program designed to develop future leaders in sales, marketing, and operations.
Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in retail sales and team leadership. This role is designed to fast-track high-performing individuals into management positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote client products and services
- Team Leadership: Support and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Operations Oversight: Assist with daily retail operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to improve results
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship programs
- Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with retail managers and staff to support campaign success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and leadership development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven leadership experience (work, school, or extracurricular activities)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends and occasional eveningsPrior retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
