Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment at client sites. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems, delivering exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Performing after-sales technical service and customer support
• Installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining automation equipment
• Supporting systems such as dispensing machines, AOI equipment, inspection robots, and floor-cleaning robots
• Troubleshooting equipment issues remotely and on customer sites
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical consultation
• Coordinating with U.S. customers and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial, automation, or semiconductor equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional customer support and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around equipment for extended periods.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• Experience with automation equipment, robotics, AOI systems, or dispensing equipment preferred.
