Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our team in Springdale, AR. This position involves independently operating a box truck to deliver appliances to residential and commercial customers while providing professional customer service and ensuring safe handling of merchandise.

This is a solo driver position requiring strong time management, safe driving habits, and the ability to work independently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local appliance deliveries
Load, transport, and unload appliances while preventing damage to products and property
Complete deliveries efficiently and on schedule using assigned routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and customer signatures
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
Ensure appliances are secured properly during transport
Assist with warehouse loading, staging, and organization when needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles
Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous box truck, delivery driving, or appliance delivery experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to safely lift, move, and maneuver appliances
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to use navigation systems and follow delivery schedules efficiently
Safety-conscious mindset in all driving and delivery activities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering appliances
Familiarity with local Northwest Arkansas routes
Warehouse or loading experience

Performance Expectations

Deliver appliances safely, accurately, and on time
Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer interactions
Operate company vehicles responsibly and safely
Minimize delivery damages and customer complaints
Maintain compliance with all delivery and safety procedures
