As a Customer Service Rep, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to our company's success.

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide one call resolution for customer inquiries and issues
Utilize call center experience to assist customers with service sales
Handle inbound calls and emails related to bathroom remodeling products
Adhere to service standards and provide excellent customer support
Ensure asset protection by restocking and processing orders accurately

Required Skills:

Experience in customer service with a focus on complaint resolution
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow first in, first out procedures
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience with order processing and payment processing
Knowledge of merchandising and loading/unloading products

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in baking or food service industry
Knowledge of claims processing and resolution

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $34,470.00

Maximum Salary: $47,410.00
