Title : Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Position : W2 Contract
Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. MUST HAVE
3+ years of hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, Cursor.
12+ years of software development and architecture experience
12+ years of Java/Spring technology is required.
5+ years of UI experience (Angular or React/Typescript) is required.
Strong Full Stack - Java and UI experience (Angular or React/Typescript) is required.
NICE TO HAVE
Strong Python experience is a plus
1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus Custom Fields:
