Laundry Aide

Responsibilities: • Dry clothing and linens after each wash cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions • Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager • Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements • Sort all linens to identify stains and treat stains with proper cleaning products and methods Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred • Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills • Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent • Good understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products • This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly Compensation: $13 hourly
