Restaurant Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing future leaders, and driving the success of the restaurant. You'll partner closely with the General Manager to build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve business results.

Base salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
Potential Annual Bonus: Up to $6,500 ($500 per period)

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Growth mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21+ years old.
