Senior Project Manager- Concrete

Position Overview Concrete Senior Project Manager at DPR Construction – responsible for day‑to‑day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk and business management of projects in healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences and commercial markets. Key Responsibilities Manage all project team members (senior/project engineers, superintendents, field office coordinators). Mentor, develop and train project engineers. Provide detailed, hands‑on knowledge of project scope. Handle cost control, billings, collections, change management, cash flows and monthly status reports. Act as key point of contact with owner and architect. Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work team. Accountable for project completion, financials, critical success factors and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling of projects. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in DPR’s core markets. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. Excellent listening and strong communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to create and support team morale. Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC) and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera). A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude. Compensation This position is salaried.
