• Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm hospital coverage; Fri - Sun: call coverage
• Weekday call: 7 pm - 7 am; weekend call: Fri 7 am - Mon 7 am
• Rounds on 3 - 4 patients daily on weekdays; 8 - 9 on weekends
• Averages 5 consults and 5 admissions per week
• Outpatient clinic -- average 15 - 18 patients per day
• Inpatient setting -- adult patients only
• No outpatient or inpatient procedures required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
