Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2250 per week.

Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - NYC Health & Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - NYC Health & Hospital.

Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient populations and procedures worked for each work history.

Required Skills/Experience: Physical assessment, medication administration, wound care and infection control, IV therapy, post-operative care, patient education, and telemetry monitoring required.

Required Credentials: Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute. Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Special Requests: All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Unit Details: Direct bedside nursing care for pre- and post-surgery patients.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
