We are a Woman-owned, SBA Certified 8(a), and HUBZone company. Job Summary Cinteot is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Web Designer to join our Information Technology department. This role is essential in creating visually appealing and user‑friendly web interfaces while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities Design and develop web pages and applications that meet user needs and adhere to W3C standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement design solutions. Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility. Utilize various web design tools and programming languages to create engaging content. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance usability and design. Required Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents. Proficiency in web design and development tools, with a strong understanding of W3C recommendations. Expertise in XML, HTML, CSS, and basic web programming scripts. Must possess a TS/SCI clearance. Desired Qualifications and Benefits Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, and Internet applications. Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Word, and SharePoint Services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with SQL or MySQL for custom web reporting and formatting.
