Pay Range Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $160,000 +. Pay Defined The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses.
