Customer Service AssistantAs a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include:Assisting in unloading merchandise from basketsPackaging groceries; assisting customers in transporting/unloading groceries to their vehiclesAssisting customers in locating merchandiseStocking/Sanitation duties include:Gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside StoreMaintaining and stocking bag areasReturning products to proper locationsStocking and staging bags; stocking check stand suppliesDistributing Buddy bucks to registers, replacing anti-fatigue matsPerforming carts and parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setupPerforming red basket fill up/retrievalCleaning, mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain Store cleanliness and safetyQualifications and key requirements include:Work experience:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - RequiredAbility to work with customers and stay attentive to their needs - RequiredAbility to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards - RequiredEducation:Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire)Physical demands and working conditions include:Function in a fast-paced, retail environment, in detailed and precise tasksWork with Customers, staying attentive to their needsConstantly reach at waist, graspFrequently stand, walkOccasionally reach overhead, reach at shoulder, reach at knee, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, perform fine motor movementsOccasionally be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditionsDemonstrate the ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs)Last revised: 1/1/2019 H-E-B
