Resource Registered Nurse: Elevate Care & Teamwork

Advocate Health

Advocate Health seeks a registered nurse to engage in governance, apply evidence-based practices, and deliver patient-centered care across the care continuum. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcomes, while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and collaborating with the care team.

The role emphasizes safety, timely interventions, and age-appropriate care, with potential to float between units to meet needs and align with department standards.
