What You Will Be Doing

- EXPERIENCE 1+ Years of Hands-on Paint Spray Gun and Pneumatic Air Tool Operation
- SKILLS Industrial Metal Surface Prep, Primer & Liquid Paint Application, Paint Booth Safety
- COMP $21.00 to $26.00 per hour (Based on experience) + Full Corporate Benefits
- SCHEDULE 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
- LOCATION Greater Richfield, WI area (100% Onsite)
- STABILITY Requires a solid work history with past roles averaging 3+ years of tenure
- AUTH US Citizen or Green Card Holder required

What You Will Be Doing
- Utilizing pneumatic air tools and sanding equipment to clean, deburr, and prepare raw fabricated metal surfaces for paint adhesion
- Setting up, mixing, and applying high-quality primers and industrial liquid coatings to metal products inside a dedicated spray paint booth
- Regulating spray gun pressure, fluid flow, and fan patterns to ensure an even, consistent finish free of runs, sags, or thin spots
- Performing routine cleanings and basic preventative maintenance on spray guns, hoses, and paint booth filtration systems
- Inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet visual quality standards before moving to final assembly or shipping
- Adhering to all shop safety protocols, including the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and respirator safety
- Spray Gun Foundation: 1 or more years of professional experience operating industrial paint spray guns (liquid/wet paint environments preferred)
- Pneumatic Skills: 1+ years of experience safely using pneumatic air tools for material preparation or finishing work
- Proven Longevity: A rock-solid, stable employment history with a track record of holding individual positions for 3 or more consecutive years
- Reliability: A dedicated, punctual professional who values showing up on time for a consistent Monday-Friday shift
- Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable 45-minute commute of the Richfield / Germantown area
