Associate Attorney

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience) McCabe, Trotter & Beverly is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Attorneys to join our growing team in our Columbia and Charleston offices. We are a well-established, small-to-medium-sized law firm with a high-volume and dynamic practice focused primarily on representing community associations. We are currently hiring both litigators and non-litigators across multiple levels, including Staff Attorney, Associate Attorney, Of Counsel, and Entrepreneur Attorney. Position Overview Our attorneys handle a broad range of community association matters, including: Providing general legal counsel to community associations Litigation and dispute resolution Collections, liens, and foreclosures Drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and real property instruments Conducting legal research using statutes, case law, and other authorities Representing clients at meetings, hearings, and trials (for litigators) Collaborating closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Maintaining strict client confidentiality and secure data handling Tracking and reporting billable time Remaining current with changes in applicable law This position requires a strong commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in work product are essential.
