Resident Experience Ambassador (Admissions & Welcome)

Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital is hiring a full-time Resident Ambassador to welcome new residents and ensure smooth transitions upon admission. Responsibilities include conducting tours, maintaining a daily log of interactions, and supporting both residents and nursing staff. Candidates should have proficiency in English and Chinese, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills. Successful applicants will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging directly with residents in various situations.
