Process Assistant, RSR

This full‑time Amazon Process Assistant position requires in‑role training at an operating site for over 5 weeks, located more than 50 miles from the home site. All travel accommodations for this training will be provided and paid for by Amazon. The Amazon Process Assistant operates within Rural Super Rural (RSR), a dedicated organization focused on ensuring customer deliveries in remote areas. Process Assistants manage daily operations, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign tasks, and communicate with internal and external suppliers. Responsibilities Track and report ATS/labor hours Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates, and verify SOP compliance Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback Participate in Operational Excellence initiativesMaintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals Review and update SOPs as required Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives Coach associates on safe work practices at all times Ensure all job injuries are reported timely per policies and procedures Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Commitment to 40 hours per week, with overtime as required Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience Awareness and willingness to use OPEX tools and techniques Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication across various organizational levels History of meeting or exceeding departmental goals Experience leading teams Capability to provide direction to team members using independent judgment Strong organization and time‑management skills Amazon is an equal‑opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
