As a digital transformation strategist on our team, you'll work to develop leading-edge digital twin applications, and support our clients' digital twin strategy. You will be responsible for client delivery as well as managing internal business operations of the digital twin team . On delivery, you will be working with teams of developers, testers, product managers, project managers to ensure timely completion of project deliverables on both internal investments and billable projects. Alongside internal and external stakeholders, you'll identify client business needs to focus on building the next client delivery team. With your team you will need to manage all aspects of delivery from gathering requirements and developing user stories to deploying features efficiently. From a business operations standpoint, you will help to support the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure it drives forward on overall team priorities and vision to grow the business.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• 3+ years of experience with implementing Agile and product lifecycle methodologies and best practices, including gathering requirements and developing user stories
• 2+ years of experience with program management and running projects, including developing and managing project schedules, product roadmaps, implementation plans and tracking risks
• Experience developing and managing senior client relationships and leading cross-functional technical teams of architects, developers, and user experience specialists to identify clients' business needs
• Experience with analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft suite
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading and tracking product delivery teamwork through Jira
• Experience with XR, IoT, digital twin, and cloud based solutions
• Experience with marketing, communication, or public speaking and presenting to various audiences
• Experience with Unity or other immersive technologies
• Experience in client delivery with federal agencies such as NASA, FAA, AF, FEMA, or VA
• PMP, Product, or Scrum Master certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
