Payroll ManagerInsight Global is looking to hire a Payroll Manager.This is a mostly remote role, with monthly travel. The role requires travel to the home office in Miami, FL at least once per month for a minimum of three days per visit.This individual will own end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 3,000 employees across 105+ locations in 10+ states and multiple legal entities while managing a team of two Payroll Specialists/Analysts.Responsibilities include overseeing regular and off-cycle payrolls, maintaining payroll controls and approval processes, completing pre-payroll reviews and variance analysis, managing multi-state tax and wage compliance, reconciling payroll to the general ledger, and supporting financial, retirement plan, workers' compensation, and regulatory audits.This person will partner closely with Finance and HR, oversee payroll system and data integrity, support acquisition integrations, and personally handle complex payroll issues, year-end processing, and tax matters.
