Scientist Kelly Science & Clinical has an opening for a Scientist for a one-year contract engagement with a global pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA. The position offers medical benefits, paid time off including vacation and holidays, and a 401(k). Duration: until the end of 2027 Pay rate: $46–$53 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on-site five days per week, with the possibility of one remote day after training Must be able to provide own lap top Job Responsibilities Run MSD-based binding assays to evaluate biologics. Perform flow cytometry-based cell-binding assays to evaluate biologics. Conduct plate-based agonist and inhibition assays. Perform cell-based assays under BSL-2 conditions and support cell culture activities. Optimize and execute target-specific binding assays to support reagent qualification and high-throughput screening. Analyze and interpret binding and functional assay data to evaluate antibody panels and support hit identification. Capture assay results in electronic laboratory notebooks and other data systems to ensure accurate, traceable, and accessible records. Communicate results, project progress, and relevant findings clearly to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and independently plan work to support timelines and screening goals. Requirements At least three years of laboratory experience. BS or MS in Science Hands-on experience with MSD-based binding assays and flow cytometry-based cell-binding assays. Cell culture experience and ability to work in a BSL-2 laboratory environment. Experience analyzing flow cytometry data and using an electronic laboratory notebook. Strong data interpretation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mykelly
