About the role: We're looking for a Project Manager_ Transmission & Substation on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will manage the Early Stage (ES) process for High Voltage Transmission and Substation projects. Coordinate and support the Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain and Construction resources through the pre-construction (ES) activities for Transmission and Substation projects within the Engineering and Construction (E&C). Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 or Remote is an option for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations Manage integration across scope, schedule, and budget Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management Experience 2 years to 5 years Experience managing projects >$100MM Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost Ability to travel (~25%) Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
