Home Health LPN

Location: Olympia/Lacey, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Duration: 13 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
