Assembly TechnicianBuild Quality Products in a Hands-On Manufacturing EnvironmentWe're looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble electrical and mechanical components, route wiring, read blueprints, and help build high-quality products that meet strict safety and quality standards.If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAssemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power toolsBuild and route wiring according to engineering drawings and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentsInspect and verify completed work to ensure quality standards are metTroubleshoot assembly issues and help keep production moving efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaProvide updates on production progress and communicate issues as neededSupport team goals and assist with additional production tasks when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related environmentAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipmentAbility to read blueprints, diagrams, or technical instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic computer skills and comfort working with production systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk throughout the shiftAbility to distinguish wire and component colors accuratelyPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with electrical assembly or wire routingExperience performing inspections or quality checks in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with MRP or production tracking systemsWhy Join Us?Stable, long-term manufacturing opportunityHands-on work with electrical and mechanical systemsOpportunity to expand your technical skills and grow your careerTeam-oriented environment focused on quality and safetyWork with modern manufacturing tools and processesWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing facility and involves working with assembly tools, wiring, and production equipment. The role may require occasional overtime or schedule flexibility to meet production demands.Shift Times1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - FridayJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Marysville, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
