Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean facility
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable wearing provided gloves and other PPE, including a mask if needed

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout the facility
• Dust, wipe down, and disinfect surfaces using Windex, disinfecting wipes, Pine-Sol, general cleaners, and toilet bowl cleaner
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Restock basic cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures while using cleaning products and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

What Your Day Looks Like


Your day will stay busy and active as you sweep, mop, and vacuum different areas. You will clean and restock restrooms, refresh offices and classrooms, and collect trash from all spaces. You will wipe and sanitize surfaces, clean windows and mirrors, and use walk-behind equipment to scrub the floors and keep everything looking great.
