Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist - Buda, Texas

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, August through the end of the school year) welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives. Work with a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, helping them overcome communication barriers while utilizing your Spanish-English bilingual skills.


Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
• Experience or interest in working within a school setting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Support students in achieving academic and social success by addressing communication disorders
• Maintain ongoing progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to create and implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
