Responsibilities Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to support assembly and manufacturing tasks Handle materials manually and operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards Measure components using various instruments to verify specifications and ensure precision in production processes Support continuous process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety standards in production environments and managing manual handling tasks effectively Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring timely completion of production schedules while managing heavy lifting requirements Skills Proven experience operating forklifts safely within a factory or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and understanding of production documentation interpretation Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting, while adhering to safety standards in production settings Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and process improvement strategies Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and understanding technical instructions Bilingual a plus.
