MDS Coordinator: LTC Data & Compliance Lead

Goldwater Care is seeking an MDS Coordinator to ensure timely completion of Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents for proper reimbursement. You will conduct ongoing MDS reviews and determine RUG categories for residents in our Illinois facility. Responsibilities include assessing new admissions, coordinating interdisciplinary input, and ensuring accurate data entry and electronic submissions of MDS assessments in compliance with federal and state standards.
