This is a growth-focused content opportunity for a strong writer looking to expand into content strategy and marketing. You will create content across blogs, product documentation, website pages, guides, and product-focused educational materials. The role sits at the intersection of content, product, engineering, and marketing, giving you the opportunity to develop deep technical knowledge. You will translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, compelling content that builds trust and encourages product adoption. Over time, you will take greater ownership of content planning, positioning, priorities, and growth-focused decisions. You will use data, internal tools, customer feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness. The role offers significant ownership, learning opportunities, and a path toward broader content marketing and strategy responsibilities.

Accountabilities

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality product documentation, guides, and educational resources.
• Create engaging blog content covering AI models, inference, performance, technical concepts, and product use cases.
• Update and optimize website content, including landing pages, feature pages, product descriptions, and other conversion-focused copy.
• Create walkthrough videos and other educational content showcasing products and relevant AI tools.
• Ensure all content is accurate, clear, well-structured, consistent, and aligned with the broader product narrative.
• Build and manage a structured content calendar aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Identify content opportunities that can support user acquisition, activation, education, conversion, and product adoption.
• Develop a deeper understanding of content funnels and use performance insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Gradually transition from content execution toward shaping content direction, priorities, and strategy.
• Use internal tools and data to research topics, plan content, and develop effective content strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to turn complex technical ideas into accessible and compelling stories.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to clarity, structure, accuracy, and audience relevance.
• Experience creating and managing content calendars and coordinating multiple content initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical or mixed audiences.
• Experience writing or optimizing website copy, including landing pages, product pages, and feature descriptions.
• Comfortable working with CMS platforms, internal tools, and structured content workflows.
• A genuine interest in content strategy and a desire to develop beyond execution-focused writing.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and identify opportunities without requiring constant direction.
• Strong curiosity about AI, SaaS, technology, and developer-focused products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Interest in understanding how content influences business growth, conversion, customer education, and product adoption.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused products is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, content performance metrics, or growth funnels is advantageous.
• Experience creating product documentation or technical blog content is beneficial.
