We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of data entry experience, strong computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. We are open to candidates from a variety of industries who have demonstrated accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage data with a high level of attention to detail.

Minimum 2 years of data entry experience.

Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, finance, customer service, administrative support, or other industries requiring accurate data management.

Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other database systems.

Familiarity with data validation and reporting processes.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.

Review and verify information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.

Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.

Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
