- 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
- Bachelor's degree in a safety or environmental-related field (required)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Oversee and manage EHS programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
- Conduct safety training, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead safety initiatives and coordinate with leadership teams and regulatory agencies
- Maintain chemical inventories and ensure proper waste management procedures
- Analyze incident data and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Support laboratory operations with safety best practices and audits
- Experience working in a laboratory setting
- OSHA 30 certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid/BBP certification
