WHERE IT IS LOCATEDCharlotte, NC, onsite 5 days a week
Approximately 20–30% travel across operational sites
WHAT YOU WILL DOOversee performance across a multi-site distribution network.
Manage external partners and drive accountability for operational execution and service levels.
Develop and refine KPIs, metrics, and reporting to improve visibility and performance.
Lead budget and cost oversight across operations, including labor and overall network spend.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations with broader business priorities.
Travel to sites to assess operations, support initiatives, and lead improvement efforts.
Standardize processes to improve consistency and reduce variability across locations.
Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
Contribute to ongoing initiatives focused on optimizing the operating model and supporting future growth.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIEDExperience in a multi-site distribution or operations environment.
Background in high-volume, operationally complex industries.
Experience working with external partners or managing distributed operations.
Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets and cost management.
Ability to operate across multiple functions within an end-to-end operational environment.
Comfort working with systems and data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple locations and teams.
CPG and / or Retail experience is required.
