DURATION: 13 Weeks, two week cancellation with no penalty
GH: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly not an option)
SHIFT: 6:45pm-7:15am, no on-call requirements

RTO BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Holidays blacked out dependent on need
MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: 0
FLOATING REQUIRED: Every third weekend, may float to Starke ED
BLOCK SCHEDULING: Not an option



REQUIREMENTS:


**RN IN licensure
**ACLS, BLS, PALS
**De-Escalation Training
**1-2 years of ER experience


EMR: Cerner preferred
SCOPE OF ROLE: Fast Paced Rural Emergency Department


NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 23 beds
PATIENT RATIO: Possibly 4 or 5:1
SCRUB COLOR: navy blue
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
