Provider Communications Manager

To enhance provider engagement and communication, the full-time remote Provider Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that inform and educate public school partners about programs, funding opportunities, and policy changes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement provider communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging aligned with organizational goals Create and manage provider-facing communications, including newsletters, toolkits, and email updates, to convey important information effectively Coordinate messaging related to program changes and funding opportunities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for providers Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors Proven experience in developing communication strategies for diverse external audiences Strong background in creating clear written communications such as newsletters and policy updates Experience working with educational institutions or programs, with knowledge of education policy and funding Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
