Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Palm Beach Gardens Inpatient Care Center team. You will work the following shift: 7am - 7:30pm and every other weekend Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. What you'll do:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with our mission, vision, and values
• Coordinate care for patients and families under the direction of the primary physician
• Assess patient and family needs, ensuring holistic support (physical, emotional, and spiritual)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans as part of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG)
• Ensure seamless delivery of services and interventions outlined in the care plan
• Prioritize comfort and dignity, making each patient and family interaction meaningful
• Provide personalized, sincere, and engaging service at all times
• Promptly address concerns to ensure patient and family satisfaction
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and respect

What you'll need:

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
• Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver's license.
