Clinical Manager Full-Time/Health Benefits/401K/ Generous PTO package Homecare Homebase Experience preferred but not required The Clinical Manager assists in the overall direction of our hospice clinical services. The Clinical Manager establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. Will provide guidance and counseling to coordinators and staff to help them provide excellent care. HCHB experience preferred. Prior Hospice management required. 100% in office. Salary $115 - $120k. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS RN license in the state they are practicing. Nursing degree from an accredited program, bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and registered. Has excellent observation and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
