Job Description
We are seeking an Automotive Office Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee administrative activities and personnel as well as identify areas to increase profitability and efficiency. You will be responsible for effective management and profitable operation.
Responsibilities
- Incentive collections
- Post the parts statements
- Assist with Month End
- Review the Trail Balance, sale and cost of sales accounts
- Schedule cleaning
- Train office staff
- Assist with floorplan audits
- Physical Inventories
- Other duties as assigned by Controller
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Office Manager Experience
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Work with all levels of employees
- Experience with a Dealer Track and CVR
