Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of speech and language development in children

• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and support professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Educate and provide resources to teachers and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
• Maintain up-to-date records and prepare documentation required by the school
