PCS Residential Sales Opportunity

Location: Twin Cities Metro, MN

PCS Residential is looking to add 3 more sales teammates for the 2026 year.

This opportunity is for someone who is serious about learning construction sales, working directly with homeowners, and building a real path toward six figure income in their first year.

PCS Residential has been in business for over 20 years and is the #1 Pella window sales company in Minnesota. The company has a strong reputation, a proven process, and one of the strongest commission opportunities in exterior construction sales.

The people we bring onto the sales team right now will become the main point of contact for new customers. Your first 12 months will be heavily focused on training, field experience, customer conversations, and learning how to help homeowners understand their options for windows and exterior improvements.

This role is not about knowing everything on day one. It is about being coachable, showing up, learning the process, and being willing to work with customers at their homes.

Customers will request services, and your job will be to help guide those conversations, gather information, review options, and get those requests back to the company. When customers move forward with work, sales representatives are paid strong commissions. Many completed customer projects average over $5,000 in commission opportunity. PCS Residential may also advance up to $1,000 once a customer starts working with the company.

For example, 8 new customers moving forward in a month could create $8,000 in upfront advance opportunities, with additional commission paid as projects are completed.
