Positions:

• Full Time, Part Time, PRN
\n
• $25k Starting bonus for Full Time W2 Positions with one year commitment
\n
• $50k Starting bonus Full Time W2 Positions with two year commitment
\n
• $2,000 per month Residency/Fellowship Stipend Available for up to 18 months with two - three year full-time commitment

Adult Emergency Department:

\n
• Volume: 80,000
\n
• Admission Rate : 27%
\n
• Transfer Rate: 1%
\n
• Patients/Hour: 1.7
\n
• Physician Coverage: 69 hrs daily
\n
• Physician Shifts:  Day/evening shifts are 9 hours; Night shifts are 2000 0600; 2200 - 0700
\n
• APP Coverage: 50 hrs daily
\n
• Adult ED Beds: 60
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Imaging:  Full imaging services available - POCUS, CT, MRI, Xray, US, Nuc Med, IR
\n
• Qualifications: BE/BC ABEM or ABOEM
\n

Adult Hospital:

• Beds: 615
\n
• Certified Primary Stroke Center
\n
• Accredited Chest Pain Center
\n
• Gold Plus Achievement Award
\n

Compensation:

\n
• W2 All Positions or 1099 PRN
\n
• All RVU compensation plan
\n
• Adult ED Nocturnist: $250/hr average - $240 per hour guaranteed iplus RVU including 10% Quality Service Performance metrics pay
\n
• Adult ED All Other Shifts: $270/hr average; range $220-$350/hr - all RVU including 10% Quality Service Performance metrics pay
\n
• Pediatric ED: $250/hr average - $170 per hour base pay plus RVU including 10% Quality Service Performance metrics pay
\n
• Quality Service Performance metrics pay: is based on metrics established annually and is paid monthly
\n
• Night Shift Differential: $15/hr 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (excludes cross-over shifts)
\n
• Holiday Bonus Pay: $85.00 per hour bonus pay on designated holidays
\n
• Starting Bonus: $25k Starting bonus for Full Time W2 Positions with one year commitment or $50k Starting bonus Full Time W2 Positions with two year commitment
\n
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000 per month available for up to 18 months with two - three year full-time commitment
\n
